Putin congratulated Serzh Sargsyan on appointment Prime Minister of Armenia

The press service of the Kremlin reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin called the ex-President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan and “congratulated” him on his appointment as head of government

Putin wished Sargsyan success in this high public office.

We will remind that in Armenia for several days did not cease large-scale protests. The fact that the country switched to a parliamentary form of government in which power is concentrated not with the President and the Prime Minister. Thus the former President Sargsyan managed to stay in power after two presidential terms.
