Media: equipped with “Tomahawk” us destroyer headed to the shores of Syria


According to the newspaper Hurriyet, the American destroyer Donald Cook, with 60 missiles “Tomahawk” on Board headed to the Syrian city of Tartus.

A warship left the port of Cyprus and headed towards Syria, emphasizes the publication. At this point it is 100 km from Tartus where the Russian military base.

It is also reported that Russian aircraft have repeatedly approached the American destroyer.
