The state Duma will oblige recruits to come to the military for subpoenas


Deputies of the state Duma in the first reading has approved the bill obliging recruits himself to appear in the military enlistment office of the agenda, writes “Kommersant”. The bill was prepared by 67 deputies of the state Duma from “United Russia”. The document spelled out some more detail. One of the authors of the bill estimates the number of draft Dodgers in Russia to 164 thousand people.
