The proposal of Russia and China in the case of “Skripal” is not passed to the OPCW

The Executive Council of the Organization for the prohibition of chemical weapons (OPCW) have not supported the joint proposal by Russia, China and Iran to investigate “cases Skripal”.

According to Russia’s permanent representative to the OPCW Alexander Shulgin, the project received the required 2/3 majority. Against were the US and Britain and their allies in the EU and NATO, some U.S. allies in Asia.
