Poroshenko called the “Big seven” does not recognize Russian election in the Crimea

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko called on the G7 countries not to recognize the presidential elections in Crimea, and does not send its observers there. He stressed that for Ukraine it is important to get a firm statement of non-recognition of Russian elections on the Peninsula.

“It’s also important that you do not send their citizens to the Crimea to monitor the elections, because it might ruin policy of a single voice in this election campaign”, — said Poroshenko, explaining that he particularly has in mind the observers from Austria, Finland and France.
