Putin: I never changed the Russian Constitution and do not intend

Russian President Vladimir Putin said the journalist NBC Megyn Kelly never changed the Russian Constitution to their advantage and not going to do it in the future. So he answered the question on possible changes in the number of terms of office of President of the Russian Federation.

Putin also dismissed the assumption of “so called experts” that he should be the head of state for their own safety. The President believes that after his rule the country will be those who will want to strengthen the country and not to destroy everything made before.
