The US state Department does not oppose a “North American deadlock”

According to the official representative of U.S. State Department’s Heather Nauert, Washington has always supported freedom of speech and expression, so any country can call the streets in its sole discretion.

She said that she was aware of the Russian initiative to call an unnamed Moscow vnutrizonovye travel near the U.S. Embassy “North American gridlock” by American diplomatic office: North American impasse, house number 1.

“This is a domestic issue. If the Moscow authorities want to rename the street, they can call it anything”, — quotes RIA Novosti words Heather Nauert.
