This is evidenced by the results of the study, in which specialists from Japan studied the body mass index and preferred speed power 59 700.
Volunteers were asked to answer the question of how fast they eat, selecting from the options “fast”, “medium” or “slow”. Experts also took into account other factors — in particular, dined whether the study participants in less than two hours before bedtime, how often do they “bite” whether the missed Breakfast, do you regularly slept and had bad habits. Although this observation does not necessarily mean that it is about cause-and-effect relationships, experts tend to assume that it still exists.
The study was published in the journal BMJ Open.
