- The state Department has called the conditions for lifting of anti-Russian sanctions for meddling in the election
Deputy assistant Secretary of state Kathleen Kavalec reported, in which case Washington could lift sanctions against Russia, imposed for interference in U.S. elections.
“If we see that this intervention stopped”, – quotes its words of the U.S. Embassy in Moscow tweeted..
Kawalek added that these sanctions were imposed in response to specific actions of Russia and to give a signal to Moscow about inadmissibility of such actions.
