Anti-corruption due diligence in Dagestan have raised the issue of the kidnapping

Deputy Prosecutor General of Russia Ivan Sydoruk stated that his Commission on anti-corruption checks in Dagestan found 2431 violation of the law. It was found, for example, that the local security forces refused to Institute criminal and administrative cases, in order not to spoil the statistics. Following this logic, they closed their eyes even three terrorist crimes. And Dagestani security forces accused of kidnapping.

Looking at the mansions of Dagestan “nobility”, the Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika promised to check all of the owners of such houses, whose official income is 40 000 rubles.

On 11 February, gasanbek Shikhakhmedov living in Derbent district, wrote an open letter to the head of Dagestan Vladimir Vasiliev, in which he asked to deal with the kidnapping of his son. Shikhakhmedov claims that in the afternoon of 8 February in Derbent presumably the Republican FSB took his son Aslan in an unknown direction and for three days he didn’t have any news. Then father wrote a statement to the police about the kidnapping, after which Aslan called the family and said that he’s already in Makhachkala. With a lawyer he still did not communicate the charges against him, no one pushes, but home and back do not give.

In a similar situation with Shikhakhmedov were other Dagestani family. About 30 women from Makhachkala, Khasavyurt and Kaspiysk on 9 February held a rally in the national capital demanding to stop the disappearances and to investigate all such cases. Usually the kidnapped are suspected of cooperation with fighters. To the relatives of “missing persons” came the envoy of the head of Dagestan in the Central territorial district Abidin Karchev and promised to investigate the situation until February 14.

However, the people in Dagestan lost not only with the participation of “werewolves in epaulets”. On Thursday, February 8, near the village of Jaba found the body of 18-year-old Bayram Omarova. Earlier a young man was abducted by unknown persons and demanded a ransom for his life in the amount of 1.5 million rubles. The money needed to bring in 5 hours, but grandma, which received the appropriate message from the criminals, immediately went to the police. Law enforcement officers told her that the grandson rigged it to “dilute” family for money. Self-righteous police even detained friends Omarova, who were called his henchmen.

In parallel with the protests against the disappearance of people in the investigation of economic crimes. On Sunday, February 11, was identified in the case of embezzlement of more than 105 million rubles, the Deputy Minister of health of Dagestan Khadzhimurat Mirzabekova. According to investigators, the officer has committed a crime in the period from 2013 to 2014, giving the money allocated for the purchase of high-tech equipment. To do this, he conspired with the chief specialist-the expert of Department of logistics of the Republic.

In the same crime suspected and the chief physician of the city hospital of Derbent. In fairness it should be noted that the doctor had been modest officials and stole about 2.7 million rubles.

Thanks to the Prosecutor’s investigation in Dagestan, also found that 7 Deputy Ministers, advisers, 6 senior officials and 14 Republican officials of lower rank were quietly engaged in their own business. A kind of result that summed up the Prosecutor General of Russia Yuri Chaika, who arrived in the Republic on 10 February. According to him, the biggest house in Makhachkala owned by Republican officials, so you need to check who and what money built the building. Thus Chaika asked to pay special attention to the work of those agencies that deal with land matters, agriculture, small business, health insurance and so on.

To execute the order of the Seagull will be the new chief Prosecutor of Dagestan Denis Popov, who held a similar position in Khakassia. Its predecessor Ramazan Shanavazov went into voluntary retirement.
