Putin spoke about the lack of smartphone and the conditions of boiling water

An interesting dialogue took place between the President of Russia Vladimir Putin and President of the research center “Kurchatov Institute” Mikhail Kovalchuk at the meeting of the Council under RF President on science and education.

Kovalchuk in his speech noticed that every pocket has a smartphone and that the processing of simple verbal request requires an energy sufficient to boil a liter of water, reports “Interfax”.

“You said that all smartphones have, and I don’t have a smartphone,” – responded Vladimir Putin.

He also added: “regarding boiling of water: if pure, it is not necessary to boil”.
