The Ukrainian Ambassador to Germany Andrei Melnik, held a “educational conversation” with the leadership of the right-wing party “Alternative for Germany”, whose representatives recently visited the Crimea. The Ukrainian Prosecutor’s office opened a case for this trip.
Miller said that the conversation was unpleasant, but productive. The Ambassador, in his own words, was able to “set straight” the leadership of the parliamentary party AfD (“Alternative for Germany” – approx.) in the Parliament of Lower Rhine-Westphalia “for the criminal voyage to the Crimea, their adventurous colleagues.”
“I think our cold shower worked. The party publicly distanced himself from it,” wrote Miller in his Twitter.
