Sobchak sees no NATO threat to Russia

Speaking in Washington, the presidential candidate of the Russian Federation Ksenia Sobchak said that NATO is not a threat to Russia. “I do not think that NATO is a threat to us,” she said. Russia, she said, is part of the European system, and the country needs to cooperate with NATO and other European institutions.

She also explained that Russia, the EU and US face many threats that can be overcome only by common efforts. “This is terrorism, and migration issues, and more. And we should work together on these problems,” she added.
