The U.S. Consulate General in Yekaterinburg will reduce the issuance of visas

The Consul General of the United States in Yekaterinburg Paul Carter gave an interview to the Agency RIA Novosti, which said that the diplomatic mission in the region this year will be forced to reduce the issuance of visas. It is associated with a significant reduction in the state.

“Unfortunately, with a reduced staff, we will not be able to conduct as many interviews as before, in previous years, when the number of visas issued was approximately 16-17 thousand a year,” — said the Consul General.
