Russia helped liberate from captivity in Libya, the Belarusian military


A military expert from Belarus, a former chief of staff of the 334-th separate brigade of GRU of the USSR Vyacheslav Kachura released from captivity in Libya, where the 2011.

As reported by the Russian contact group for the inter-Libyan settlement, release specialist was achieved after long negotiations. States that issue including the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov along with the Russian foreign Ministry.

Kachura arrived in Libya more than six years ago in a group of specialists from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, which two months later was detained by the rebels. Some of the detainees managed to release earlier, about the fate of Kachura, nothing was known.
