Pamfilova called “minor mischief” the Bulk call not to go to the polls

The CEC head Ella Pamfilova called legitimate agitation for failing to appear for election, if the candidate was campaigning, reports “Interfax”. Leaflets calling not to participate in elections of the President of Russia in March 2018 she called “minor mischief.”

She also promised that the electoral Commission and the police will confiscate counterfeit products, on behalf of the CEC.

Earlier media reported that on 18 January, the Commission warned about the appearance of the fake leaflets with an appeal “to come to the election of Putin” on behalf Pamfilova. Opposition leader Alexei Navalny, are not allowed to participate in the election of the President, in his Twitter urged to download and distribute these materials to “upset the CEC.”

After that, Navalny announced “the strike of the voters” who passed January 28 in a number of Russian cities. In most cases, action was not coordinated with the authorities of the regions, including in Moscow and St. Petersburg. According to media reports, all the protests in Russia were detained about 350 people.

The politician was detained on Tverskaya street in Moscow. It drew up a Protocol on violation of the rules of the meeting. Navalny was released from the police under the obligation to appear without a Protocol. In the end, the opposition suggested that his arrest in the spring to seal during the presidential election.
