A group of relatives of victims of the crash Malaysian “Boeing” under the Donetsk have won in a us court case against former defense Minister of the breakaway Donetsk national Republic (DND) Igor strelkov, known under the pseudonym Shooters, giving them the right to compensation in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Relevant documents published by Dutch TV program ZEMBLA.
As noted, the lawsuit was filed by relatives of the families of the 25 victims of the tragedy in Donetsk region, 11 of which are citizens of the Netherlands. The lawsuit was filed against Russian citizen Igor strelkov (Girkin), who commanded the troops of the DNI in 2014.
A U.S. judge ruled in December, ruling that the total compensation to the relatives of the victims of the disaster should reach $ 400 million – 20 million for each plaintiff.
In turn, Girkin responded to the decision under the claim of relatives of victims of the crash “Boeing”. Recall that a passenger “Boeing” of airline “Malaysian airlines” crashed on 17 July 2014 in the Donetsk region of Ukraine, performing flight on a route Amsterdam – Kuala Lumpur. All 298 people who were on Board the plane were killed. Igor Strelkov then commanded the troops of the self-proclaimed Donetsk people’s Republic.
