The Italian foreign Minister will travel to Ukraine as the OSCE Chairman

The Minister of foreign Affairs of Italy Angelino Alfano as a Chairman of OSCE will arrive to Ukraine, where he will meet with his Ukrainian counterpart Pavel Klimkin and President Petro Poroshenko.

After a visit to Kiev, the Italian Minister immediately went to Moscow. As emphasized in the press service of the foreign Ministry of Italy, the resolution of regional conflicts, mainly in Ukraine, is the main priority of the new Chairman of the OSCE.

In addition, the Italian Minister has an interest to visit beyond the control of Kiev territories, though officially this information has not been confirmed. So, the forerunners of the Italian former foreign Ministers of Germany and Austria, previously the chairmanship of the OSCE, visited the East of Ukraine.
