“Heroes fat”: Kosachev spoke about the incident with the Ukrainian Deputy

The head of the Federation Council Committee on international Affairs Konstantin Kosachev commented on the incident with participation of the Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada on the Breakfast in Strasbourg, where the January session of PACE. “Another Ukrainian “through the floor” PACE,” the MP described the incident.

Earlier, the Ukrainian media reported that a member of the Ukrainian delegation MP Maria Ionova during Breakfast walked to the Russian parliamentarians and said loudly “Glory to Ukraine” that allegedly received the answer “glory to Heroes”. The MP even praised those who responded to her call Russians: “you’ve learned”.

Senator Konstantin Kosachev, who has witnessed the performance, Ukrainian Deputy on his page on Facebook told me how it really was.

According to the Russian policy when he and Vice speaker of the state Duma Peter Tolstoy had Breakfast, by them was really some kind of lady, but the parliamentarians took her staff. “Because it really looked (sorry), passing by our table,” – said Kosachev.

Then the stranger spoke under her breath, “Glory to Ukraine” and moved on, believing they have fulfilled their duty, wrote to the head of Committee of the Federation Council. While Tolstoy even joked in response: “Heroes fat”. Perhaps this answer is trying to provoke a scandal Ionova perceived as “correct”.

Kosachev also said that the Ukrainian delegation, apparently have nothing better to brag to the Kiev leadership, and therefore have to resort to such “fleeting exchange of barbs over Breakfast”.
