Dvorkovich said about the absence in Russia of the oligarchs


Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich said in an interview with Bloomberg TV that his country is no longer the oligarchs in their place came socially responsible business. He stressed that the sanctions are doing to live in Russia more difficult, but not impossible. Thus Deputy Prime Minister said the mood among the Russian oligarchy on the eve of the introduction of new U.S. sanctions.
