“The President signed a resolution that provides temporary funding of the Federal government till Thursday 8 February 2018,” – said in a statement released by the presidential administration.
The Federal government of the United States due to the suspension of funding has not worked for 69 hours.
Earlier, Donald trump has supported the decision of congressional Democrats to renew funding of the Federal government.
“We can now provide funding for our military, border guards, rescuers and children,” read a statement from President’s press Secretary, Sarah Sanders.
