Vovk, those not ashamed: Gordon remembered Solovyov his statements on Crimea

Journalist and human rights activist Catherine Gordon, has declared his intention to run for President of the Russian Federation, shamed TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov for his stance on the Crimean issue. She recalled that earlier Solovyov reacted negatively to the return of the Peninsula to Russia.

Gordon posted a Instagram video that is a compilation of performances leading to different periods of time. With this video you can see how varied position Solovyov on the status of Crimea. “Wolf, are not you ashamed?”, – she wrote.

In the first part of the video, filmed in 2013, the nightingales answering a question from the audience about how to return the Crimea to Russia. “Yes, God forbid! And how do you imagine it? First, there is no legal basis. Why the Crimea?” – asked the journalist.

(At the same time Solovyov said that the return of Crimea could lead to war with Ukraine. According to him, the reunification with the Peninsula does not make sense because “Crimea has long been a Tatar territory” – ed.).
