The government approved changes to the Code of administrative offences

The Cabinet of Ministers of Russia has approved amendments to the Code of administrative offences (Cao), reported in the list of decisions published on the official website of the government.

The bill establishes the responsibility of officials representing Russia in the management bodies of legal entities not being state or municipal institutions and state or municipal unitary enterprises, for failure to perform duties to represent the interests of the state.

As noted, this rule will not apply to Federal officials.
