Erdogan announced the beginning of the ground operation in ‘ afrīn

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, in his speech on Saturday announced that the Turkish army actually began a ground operation in Syria Afrin. However, he added that the goal of the next phase of the military operation will be the Syrian region of Manbij, located on the territory of the governorate of Aleppo.
