The defense Ministry of Belarus denied the information on new Russian military bases

The head of the military Department Andrey Ravkov said that the country plans to place a new foreign military bases. According to him, currently on the territory of the Republic there are two Russian military facilities, the operation of which is beneficial to both countries. The Minister, it is unclear why constantly rise to the problem of the emergence of new bases.

Ravkov said that the Russian bases provide local people with work and the military Department receives information and access to sites that do not have analogues in Belarus. “Assumptions about the placement of new objects is innuendo, wild nonsense and fakes”, – concluded the Belarusian Minister of defense.
