Sands on detention of the head of the Chechen “Memorial”: it is not necessary to generalize

In the Kremlin do not consider it possible to generalize in connection with the detention in Chechnya of the head of the regional branch of “Memorial” Ouba Titieva. Human rights activist, as you know, was accused of illegal possession of drugs. He believes he planted them.
