Matviyenko has counted the thistles of a poisonous plant

The speaker of the upper house of the Russian Parliament Valentina Matvienko surprised journalists a biological metaphor: the opening in the Federation Council, the exhibition devoted to memory of victims of Nazism, she told them about “the poisonous thistles”.

According to the speaker, which is quoted by TASS, “poisonous Thistle Nazi ideology was tenacious,” and now Nazism reborn “in some countries”.

In such countries, it has led Latvia, equating “the rights of Nazi war criminals, whose hands are covered in blood from the innocent victims, those who liberated the world from the brown plague.”

According to Matvienko, now the Nazis “need to fight back.”

Note that from a biological point of view, the statement Matvienko looks very strange: the Thistle is not only not poisonous, but is also a good honey plant.
