Spesluzhby the United States has admitted to underestimating the pace of development of the DPRK’s nuclear programme

Sources in the government and the security services told the New York Times that Washington had underestimated the pace of development of nuclear and missile programs in North Korea.

The article says that when Donald trump took the post of President of the United States intelligence structure reported to him that the DPRK will create a ballistic missile capable of reaching America, not earlier than four years.

However, in September this year, the DPRK claimed to have created a hydrogen bomb 15 times over the power dropped on Hiroshima and a missile capable of reaching the American island of GUAM and even Washington.

Apparently, intelligence is not appreciated the fact that the DPRK has the ability to access developments in other countries, which significantly reduces the time to create their own weapons and means of delivery.
