The constitutional court of Moldova once again suspended from office by the President of Dodona

The constitutional court of Moldova on Friday, 5 December, again suspended from office by the President Igor Dodon.

The decision was made at the request of the Deputy from the Democratic party, who pointed out that he repeatedly refused to disclose the Parliament adopted the law on the fight against “Russian propaganda.”

In the end, the COP recognized that the removal of the President is necessary for the release of the process of entry into force adopted by the Parliament of legislative acts. The court also indicated that the President may only once to refuse disclosure, if the Parliament re-voted for the adoption of the law, the President will be obliged to publish.
