Scientists have identified a link between sausage and cancer

In the journal European Journal of Cancer published the findings of scientists about how processed meat affects the risk of malignant tumors.

At the University of Glasgow study was conducted, which was attended by 260 thousand middle-aged women. According to the results the researchers came to the conclusion that 9 grams of meat products a day increases the likelihood of developing breast cancer by 15%. Explains that approximately three slices of bacon or two sausages a week.

According to scientists, the danger is precisely processed product.

Earlier experts of the world health organization also found that eating 50 grams of processed meat a day increases the likelihood of colorectal tumours to 18%.
