Member of the European Parliament Yana Toom responded to the joke of the Estonian TV crew, which released in the air a parody of the Christmas televised address of Russian President Vladimir Putin to inhabitants of Estonia. According to her, during the Soviet Union, this genre was called not differently, as “ass honey” and “next nearest drafting of the trash did not get”.

“This genre in our times was called the Ass with a honey and then the short editorial trash did not get. Congratulations, that. Post Scriptum. And actually, I would like to when displaying this kind of “products” at the bottom ran the credits — the decision to show the TV channel made this. And I don’t know whom to smile,” wrote the European Parliament on his page on the social network Facebook.
The appeal of parody of the Russian leader said: “Dear friends! 2017-th leaves. This year was difficult. And the difficulties we encountered brought us together and forced to go across the bridge in Narva for sanctions products and back — for cheap vodka, cigarettes and biscuits in Ivangorod”.
And added: “it’s Important we believe in ourselves, and also firmly adhere to border control, how can withstand two weeks of Christmas holidays our liver”.
In a parody of new year’s greetings people, similar to the head of the Russian state, in particular, expressed gratitude to the residents of the towns of sillamäe, Kohtla-järve, jõhvi, Maardu, Tallinn — a special Hello to guys from lasnamäe and Kopli — for the love of Russia: “For the icons on the dashboard for the ribbons on the old BMW for the Olympic sports suits and it is a pity that in 2018 they will be useful not all.”
At the end of the festive Christmas video parody Putin wants Estonians: “Let us now make a wish and realize your dreams, but before that you need to drink a little champagne, on top of another, something stronger, eat a Mandarin and try not to fall asleep in Olivier”.
