Putin and Erdogan held telephone talks

The press service of the Kremlin reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin held on Thursday evening telephone conversation with President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Both leaders expressed serious concern over the decision of the President of the United States Donald trump to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

In turn, Erdogan informed Putin that on December 13 in Istanbul will convene a summit of the Organization of Islamic cooperation on the question of the status of Jerusalem.

Also Putin and Erdogan agreed to continue personal contacts.
