Former Prime Minister LNR tortured to death “in the basement”

On the website of the Ministry of state security of LPR there is a video of the interrogation of the investigator of the local Prosecutor General Oleksandr Oliynyk, admitted that the former Prime Minister of the breakaway Republic Gennady Tsepkalo died after heavy torture. Previously, the official version of his death was a suicide.

As stated on the website of MGB, Oleynik — “the investigator for particularly important cases of the investigative Department of Management on supervision of observance of the law in the military sphere of the Prosecutor General LNR” — he came to confess.

We will remind that on Wednesday, the head LNR Igor Carpenter instructed Genprokurature to deal with the rebellion of the former head of the local interior Ministry Igor Kornet, after which he together with the militants of DNR seized the very Prosecutor General’s office.

Posted on MGB video Oleinik admits that the prosecution had falsified information about the post-mortem examination of the body Cycalona: in a published report it was said, only found it strangulation furrow from the rope, when in fact, in words that were reported about the broken ribs Cycalona contained before death in the basement of the government LNR — “the basement” in the terminology of separatists.

Recall that Tsepkalo in September 2016, was accused of a coup attempt and 24th of the same month, allegedly committed suicide. However, the Ukrainian mass media already wrote that it was a hoax from the Carpenter.
