“They (biomaterials – if), of course, just don’t have the country removed. This must be regulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation”, — said Glybochko on the sidelines of the international youth forum, taking place now in the state Duma.

Note that Glybochko and the speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin has long-standing relationships: they were more familiar in the Saratov region, where Glybochko, wrote “Novaya Gazeta”, has applied for the post of Governor, and after the failure of this and took the post of the rector of Moscow state medical University.

Volodin himself, refuting the information of the “New” that they Glybochko are brothers-in-law (supposedly their wives were sisters), said that “we appeal to colleagues, party comrades and friends, but not relatives — that’s for sure” (“New” was subsequently deleted material on the “in-laws”). Glybochko before moving to Moscow he headed the Saratov regional Committee of “United Russia”.

Recall that the topic of export of biomaterials of Russians came after the statements by Russian President Vladimir Putin on 30 October: “regarding the fact that the images of our voting citizens are about someone that once used, the images-that’s fine. You know that biological material collected for the whole country, and in different ethnic groups and people living in different geographical locations in the Russian Federation”. Later, Putin’s press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said that the information reported to the President of the security services, according to which the biomaterials are going to “emissaries, representatives of non-governmental organizations and other bodies”.

Scientists stated about the impossibility to create a “genetic weapon”, directed against the representatives of a particular nationality.
