The administration of the President of the Russian Federation has sent in the largest energy company in Russia the requirement to provide the news reports about the positive events to be covered by the media. A letter with this requirement is at the disposal of the Agency Reuters.
According to him, the letter was sent to 45 companies (including Gazprom, Surgutneftegaz, etc.) in October of this year in an Annex to the invitation to the meeting in the Ministry of energy. It initiated, according to the Agency, the first Deputy head of the AP Sergei Kiriyenko, says that “the life of most citizens has become much more calm, comfortable, and interesting. However, many examples are often left out of media attention” in this connection, “the challenge before us is carefully and creatively select the reason and themes for further media deals”.
In the letter are examples of such positive news: festival in the Kaliningrad region for young people with hearing impairment, opening of sports complex in Karachay-Cherkessia and the establishment of a savings Bank in Togliatti more than 700 jobs, as well as “achieving a brigade of the Kuzbass miners under the leadership of Eugene Kosmina, who in July 2017 produced 1.6 million tons of coal, setting a monthly record.”
It is assumed that the news needs to be spelled out that journalists could not spend time processing them and promptly contact them heroes, to go to the place, etc.
Similar reports of positive news from companies require weekly, they should appear not later than the first half of the day Tuesday.

Note that the state news Agency, RIA Novosti and TASS (“Dobroesti”) — at different times tried to run sites with only “good news”, however, no significant popularity of these projects is not used.
