In Crimea said “stupid” Sobchak recognized the validity of anti-Russian sanctions


Vice-speaker of the Crimean Parliament Efim Fix, commented on the words of the candidate in presidents of the Russian Federation Ksenia Sobchak, who in recent interviews has called Western sanctions Russia is correct, although unfair to ordinary Russians.

“Or she doesn’t understand what’s going on in the world, or these statements are a PR stunt and a desire to earn some advantages. But it is nonsense incredible”, – the politician said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

Also Fix added that Sobchak is perhaps the only person in Russia who makes such statements.

Previously Sobchak in an interview with CNN stated that he believes the anti-Russian sanctions legitimate, since the annexation of Crimea Moscow has violated international law. She also again stated that he believes the Ukrainian Crimea.

However, Sobchak has expressed regret that the sanctions affected ordinary Russians. As an example, she cited students who now experience difficulties in obtaining U.S. visas.
