We will remind, with the similar idea today in the Duma were made by the representative of the Ministry of internal Affairs Sergey Alabin. He stated that the current administrative liability for gay propaganda, introduced in 2013, is ineffective. “If it is raised to the rank of criminal liability, — said the Alabino — we will save our generation should grow focused on pedophilia and non-traditional relationships”.

Strongman and supported Ryazan, comparing it to the initiative of increasing the amount of fines for violation of traffic rules: “This is the same as the rules of the road. If the fine is 100 roubles does not stop anyone, the penalty of 5 thousand rubles, of course, stops. So it is here. If the Ministry of interior to prove (that the current measures are not working – ed.), MPs would support,” the Senator said in an interview with radio station “Moscow speaking”.

After the deputies, according to him, their approval will Express and senators: “If members find these arguments are serious, of course we will support”.

We will remind that in June the ECHR ruled that the current administrative article on gay propaganda violates human rights, but in September the Russian Ministry of justice appealed against it.
