Sands: the Kremlin is watching the protests in Kiev


Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that the Kremlin is watching the protests in Kiev, which take place under the leadership of former President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili and considers the existing in Ukraine the situation is far from stable. While Putin spokesman said it is too early to say how these processes will affect the implementation of the Minsk agreements.
