The sustainability rating of heads of regions were composed as follows: each Governor was given scores based on nine criteria.

Political scientists have analyzed their activities from January to August this year, each received bonuses and write off the fines. Under the bonuses meant the support of the governors close to the Kremlin forces presence on their territory of large projects, the economic attractiveness of the regions, long time before the deadline for the Governor’s office, they have a recognizable image, as well as the high quality of political management, reports RIA Novosti.

Governors fined for conflicts at the regional and Federal levels, criminal cases and the detention of close to the head of the region. In the result, the higher the final rating, the more the chances of head of the region to retain his seat.

All the governors were divided into three groups: the resignation is unlikely, there is a risk of dismissal and the probability of dismissal is high.

At risk were the head of Kalmykia Alexey Orlov (4 points), Novosibirsk region Vladimir Gorodetsky (5 points). Followed by the head of the Murmansk region Marina Kovtun, Governor of the Altai territory Alexander Karlin and the head of Omsk region Viktor Nazarov (they have 6 points). The head of Primorsky Krai Vladimir Miklushevsky got 7 points, and the head of the Vladimir region Svetlana Orlova, Ivanovo region Pavel Konkov and head of the North Ossetia Vyacheslav Bitarov and Altai Republic Alexander Berdnikov — eight points.

A low rating was also given to the Governor of St. Petersburg Georgy Poltavchenko — he also has 8 points.

Earlier retirement has already left the Governor of the Samara region Nikolay Merkushkin, the Nizhny Novgorod region Valery Shantsev, the Krasnoyarsk territory Viktor Tolokonsky, the head of Dagestan Ramazan Abdulatipov and the Nenets Autonomous district Igor Koshin. It is noteworthy that all of them were included in the risk group.
