Under discredit it implies the failure of international organizations to recognize the results of the Referendum in the Crimea, and hence the will of the inhabitants of the Peninsula. This fact only confirms the Pro-Ukrainian bias of the authors of the report. He stressed that the report was not even on the Peninsula to make such a loud statement. “As is now fashionable to say, this is fake,” commented the details of the UN report Georgy Muradov.

The politician believes that the Crimea is an example for Ukraine of how to treat national minorities. In Crimea there are schools in the Crimean Tatar and Ukrainian languages, the authorities support mass media of national minorities. Muradov doubt that Europe and the international community will soon change their attitude to the problems of the Peninsula.

The press conference was held in format of video conference with Simferopol, which was attended by member of the Public chamber of the Russian Federation from the Crimea Ivan Abazher. Abazher believes that the international organizations have always treated the problems of the Crimea carelessly. As an example, he cited an incident which had happened in the UN during the administration of ban Ki-moon. Abazher wanted to transmit the report of complaints of Crimea’s Russian speakers about the infringement of their rights by the Ukrainian authorities. However, to make public a document he had not been given, citing the fact that first we need to discuss this issue with the official Kiev. Member of the Public chamber also went through the points of the UN report. He urged not to compare the fight against banned organizations like unregistered Majlis of the Crimean Tatar people, ethnic cleansing and human rights violations. In addition, Abazher noted that Kiev violates the rights of the Crimean people. Specifically — the number of blockages: energy, water and transport. “Crimea and its residents have big questions and claims to Ukraine and Europe. In particular, the inability of free movement”. — said the speaker of Simferopol.

Abazher told the story of how he got at a recent forum in Warsaw. He is a resident of the Crimea, was not stamped in the passport visa and stamp of crossing the border, and are only given a piece of paper with permission to visit Poland. With these charges and agreed to Georgy Muradov, noting that in the period of Soviet Union the Western world is constantly pointed out violations of the rights of freedom of movement in the USSR. Now, when residents of Crimea were forced to go to Kiev to obtain the visa to visit the countries of Europe, of a world Convention on the freedom of movement, no one stutters. Both speakers noted that the test for violation of human rights should, first and foremost, Kiev – the adoption of the disgraced education reform. We will remind, this law implies education in the Ukrainian language only, bypassing the opinion of the national minorities of the Square.
