- The government of Iraqi Kurdistan has asked not to shoot in the air after the referendum
The population in Iraqi Kurdistan after a referendum on independence began to celebrate this historic event by shooting in the air.
According to TASS, the force to counter the terror of Iraqi Kurdistan has released a statement which calls to abandon the expressions of joy by firing in the air.
The appeal explains that “behave in a civilized manner” is necessary in order to “not to allow the enemy to use for their own purposes in such cases.“
