Trump said Poroshenko about the difficulties of life in Ukraine

The US President Donald trump and the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko began a meeting in new York. While it is known only that the American leader said the progress in Ukraine, but at the same time stated that this is not the easiest place to live in the world.

About the beginning of the meeting with the President of the United States Donald trump Ukrainian leader said in his Twitter.

“A pleasure to meet a US President, trump discussed the strengthening of Ukrainian-American relations”, — wrote Poroshenko in the social network.

He added that the sides noted the strengthening of cooperation in the field of economy and security since the last meeting.

The meeting discussed topics of Donbass, cooperation in the security sphere, as well as help US in the issue of reforms.

According to TASS, in turn, trump Poroshenko said that relations between the two countries “have made progress”. However, he noted the difficulties of life in Ukraine.

“I would not say that this is the easiest place to live, but you are getting better every day,” said trump.

“Really, thank you, Mr. President! I’m honored to be here, to sit so close to You. I am very glad to hear word about the progress we both have made since our last meeting,” — said Poroshenko.

Recall that the last time the presidents of the United States and Ukraine met in June this year, when Poroshenko visited Washington.
