A Ukrainian court has fined the Russian airline for flights to Crimea

Economic court of Kyiv region has imposed a fine amounting to more than 10 million hryvnia (more than 22 million rubles – ed.) on one of the Russian airlines, which operates daily flights to Crimea, reports UNN.

This is the first prosecution of Russian airlines for flights to Crimea by the Ukrainian court. The name of the airline is not reported.

The report said that the Russian airline did not pay received for air navigation services in international airspace over the Black sea within Simferopol flight information region.

According to the Agency, the Moscow arbitration court completed the order of the Ukrainian court and presented us with a copy of definition about the beginning of the trial and other documents.
