Russian Nefedova SBU was accused of separatism, another “antimaydanschik” smashed head

Activists “Antimaydana” in Odessa, was acquitted by the court. But this does not mean that they can now live in peace. Two of the defendants in the criminal case on the riots on may 2 then again taken into custody — now they are charged with encroachment on the territorial integrity of Ukraine, and even one supporter of federalization of the Square immediately after the trial his head.

We will remind, on September 18 the court of Illichivsk Black sea Odessa region acquitted all 19 defendants in the criminal case against the activists of “Antimiani”, five of which are over three years old were behind bars. The court found that the investigation worked carelessly. The judgment says that “the prosecution has not even attempted to prove the guilt of the accused” because “there’s no evidence to support the arguments of the prosecution”. I must say that the defendants were not those who burned the House of trade unions and killed inhabitants of Odessa who had taken refuge there, but just the victim, driven into a fiery trap, managed to survive.

This they the radicals have not forgiven. Shortly before the sentencing, outside the court already began to gather nationalists, apparently anticipating an unfavorable outcome for yourself. When the streets began to leave reasonable activists “Antimaydana”, radicals rioted, which involved the use of flash-bangs, tear gas and beating the police. As a result of slaughter injured 35 people — all law enforcement officers. And on the night of 19 September, the radicals have crushed the head of one of the “antimaidan”, released by the court Eugene Grischuk. A young man diagnosed with a concussion and opened cherepno-a brain trauma, at the moment he is in hospital.

The Russian Evgeny Nefedov and Ukrainian Sergey Dolzhenkov re-arrested in the courtroom. They gave new suspicions, but for a more serious article — separatism. SBU on the same day transported them to the Kiev regional court of Odessa, where in short order they filed new charges. In the end Dolzhenkova and Nefedova took under arrest for 60 days without the right of bail.

The accusation of Russian Evgeny Nefedov separatism, to put it mildly, ridiculous. For separatism judge citizens of their country, but not foreigners. Earlier there were no precedents. It is not excluded that such impulses SBU is associated with the desire to exchange Russians for one of the condemned Ukrainians in Russia. In an interview with Russian media Meredov told that Ukrainian investigators were very happy that among the hostages House of trade unions was a citizen of Russia. According to him, they had long cherished the idea of sharing Nefedova on Stanislaus Cliche (convicted for his participation in the Chechen war on the side of the militants).

Charges Russian citizen in separatism seemed funny and some Ukrainians. For example, the Director of the Kiev Center of political researches and conflictology Mikhail POGREBINSKY believes that first we need to determine the concept that make for separatism.

— The people of Catalonia now voted to hold a referendum on independence from Spain, it turns out that now the authorities need all of them accused of separatism and to prosecute? No, in Europe it is not accepted. I know about the prosecution of a Russian citizen, but how it can be tried for separatism in Ukraine — do not understand. As far as I know, Meadow and previously was listed on the exchange, so I can not exclude that it will again try to use as exchange for one of the Ukrainians who were convicted in Russia.
