Parking at the American Embassy in Bolshoy Devyatinsky pereulok in Moscow became available to all motorists, told RIA Novosti in gku “administrator of the Moscow Parking space”. They explained that this decision was made “in connection with sharp shortage of Parking spaces” for ordinary citizens.

Earlier it became known that in St. Petersburg instead of Parking at the American Consulate organized a u-turn for vehicles and pedestrian crossing, and in Yekaterinburg, and Vladivostok have removed the signs, which allowed the diplomats to leave the car on the side of the roadway.

To eliminate Parking near the buildings of the American diplomatic mission drew attention to the state Department. The representative office Heather Nauert announced that Washington does not consider what is happening in retaliation for sanctions against Russian diplomats in the United States.

Recall that on 11 September, Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Moscow will lead the working conditions of the diplomatic missions of Russia and the US to full parity. The newspaper “Kommersant” with reference to sources reported that the American diobject in Moscow and other cities may lose their special Parking spaces located along the perimeter of the buildings. It may also be limiting the number of entry points of American diplomats in the country.
