The representative of the office for monitoring the air quality of Ralf Bormann said that his colleagues “issued a notice of violation for the burning of garbage. Their staff (Embassy — ed.) will maintain contact with our staff to clarify and resolve the situation”.

Thus the penalty until the notice is not attached, since a trial can take weeks and even months.

Note that it is still unknown what the diplomats were burned in the fireplace of the Embassy: “it is Clear that they did not burn the wood. There was a lot of black smoke, and many saw it. On density and black smoke it is clear that it was garbage or material prohibited for combustion”.

The incident occurred September 1, when the diplomats got an eviction notice through the diplomatic war between Russia and the United States, because of the smoke over the building to him was even forced to leave the fire.
