Speaking at a forum organized by the newspaper Handelsblatt, the German foreign Minister has developed announced last week thought about the possibilities of lifting the sanctions against Russia. We will remind, earlier in the course of telephone conversations with Vladimir Putin and Angela Merkel, he stated that the first step to starting this process could become the input of peacekeepers to Donbass. The Minister stated that the abolition of restrictive measures in the East of Ukraine needs to establish peace.
“German’s official position on sanctions is as follows: when in the Donbass established a full-fledged world, then will be canceled without exception, all restrictions against Russia,” – said Gabriel, adding that the United States will be ready for the lifting of sanctions after compliance with that overriding condition.
