Erdogan announced about introduction of prepayment for the Russian s-400


Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that his country had already paid the first installment under the agreement on deliveries of Russian anti-aircraft missile systems s-400. In parallel, the Russian presidential aide reported the resulting queues on the C-400.
