According to the leader of SERB goshi Tarasevich (Igor Beketov), they are not only “dismantled” sign, but took it to the police, demanding “to prosecute persons arbitrarily setting the mark, to the extent the merger is similar to the plaque”.

Recall that the sign was established on 7 September by the decision of the residents of the house, initiated by the local municipal Deputy and Chairman of the Board Sergey Markov. He explained that, formally, a sign is installed at the address Clement, 9, as it is practically the same house where lived a politician, but directly on Malaya Ordynka to establish a memorial failed because of disagreement tenants.

In the heritage Committee then declared the illegality of the installation of signs, saying that “the illegally established the works to be dismantled. Dismantling is done in the manner prescribed by law.”

Markov with this, however, did not agree, noting that the wall of the house and the sign are private property, and therefore cannot be withdrawn by the decision of the authorities.
