Peskov on the last elections in Moscow: pluralism, political competition

In the Kremlin commented on the results of the municipal elections in Moscow, where more than 75% of the votes went to United Russia. The fact that there are winners from other parties, “it’s fine,” said the press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov.

“This is the pluralism that is political competition”, – said the representative of the Kremlin. Peskov added that the mandate-holders will participate in the life of the city and prove its effectiveness.

Second place after the party in power according to the number of mandates the party “Yabloko” – pre-176-177 mandates, more than 100 independents. The parliamentary opposition municipal elections in the capital failed.
